This policy applies to all users, customers, and visitors of https://onlype.in.

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment and delivery of products purchased from https://onlype.in.


Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to most postal addresses across India. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, therefore customers are requested to provide a complete street address along with a valid PIN code.

Deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies, which may vary depending on location.

Please note that shipments are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays, as courier partners do not operate pickups on these days.


Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are typically processed within 48–72 hours after confirmation, subject to product availability and verification.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on location, courier service, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

In most cases, customers can expect delivery within 7–9 business days from the date of order placement.


Multiple Shipments

If an order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to varying availability or warehouse locations. As a result, customers may receive multiple packages on different dates.


Shipment Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, shipment details including the courier name and tracking number will be shared via email.

Tracking numbers may take 24–48 business hours to become active on the courier partner’s website.

If tracking information does not update within this timeframe, please contact us at support@onlype.in.


Transit Risk & Insurance

All shipments are dispatched with transit insurance at no additional cost to customers. Transit risk remains with us until delivery is attempted.

However, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier partner to the customer’s address.


Address Change Requests

Once an order is placed, address modifications are generally not permitted. However, address change requests may be considered if raised within 24 hours of order placement and before dispatch.

Address change requests can be submitted by contacting us at support@onlype.in.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Courier partners may impose penalties for incorrect or mismatched address and PIN code information.

Any additional charges or re-shipping costs arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details will be borne by the customer.


Packaging

Products are securely packed using protective materials such as poly covers, bubble wrap, and corrugated boxes to ensure safe delivery.

Orders may be shipped via air or surface courier services based on destination and logistics feasibility.


Delays in Shipping

In rare cases, shipment delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier service disruptions, or inventory issues.

If there is an unusual delay or an item is out of stock, customers will be notified via email. In some cases, partial shipments or refunds for unfulfilled items may be offered.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges may not be applicable for delays caused by external factors. However, store credits or alternative resolutions may be provided on a case-by-case basis.


Billing & Shipping Address

The billing address refers to the address associated with the customer’s payment method. The shipping address is the address where the order will be delivered.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, billing address details may not be required.


Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner. If the shipment is not located within 15 days, the order will be reprocessed or reshipped.
